St. George Executive shuttle service and its employees will not guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the following:

1. All customer Travel Connections
2. Loading or unloading passengers
3. Any delays due to conditions beyond St. George Executive airport shuttle service's control. For example, road conditions, weather, traffic, or vehicle break down beyond. If any of these conditions should happen and if St. George Executive airport shuttle service is unable to provide that transport, only the cost of the St. George Executive shuttle ticket will be refunded. St. George Executive airport shuttle service's will not he held liable for the cost of any other transportation that is not provided by St. George Executive airport shuttle service. St. George Executive will not assume any liability for flight delays if any of the above should occur.
4. Due to airline delays and cancellation of flights due to over bookings, weather, etc. The St. George Executive airport shuttle service is not responsible for such delays and therefore will not delay other passengers. If your flight is cancelled or delayed, please contact the office as soon as possible to see if other departures have space.
5. Passengers luggage is the sole responsibility of the passengers. It is the passenger's responsibility to insure their luggage is loaded and unloaded from the shuttle. (As a courtesy, St. George Executive drivers will assist passengers in loading luggage on and off of the shuttle.)
6. St. George Executive airport shuttle services will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged luggage.
7. Parking for our St George Executive shuttle passengers is allowed, we do not assume any responability for damge to any vehicle. If you leave your vehicle in the parking lot you are taking that risk at your own discretion
8. St. George Executive airport shuttle services are not responsible for any automobile left on the premises.
9. Fares are non-refundable.
10. Specials will not be honored unless identified at time of reservation; are not refundable, changeable or retroactive.
11. Any amount of luggage may be brought to the shuttle, if there is no room available for luggage we do not take responsibility.
12. $5.00 fee to change reservation all changes are based on availability.
